Yuval Mor specializes in hi-tech, startups, venture capital, private equity, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, joint ventures, commercial and strategic transactions, and corporate governance.
His work includes negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, such as distribution, licensing, joint ventures, investment, and M&A agreements. He has been involved in working with both local and international corporations, as well as in the privacy and commercial litigation areas.
Yuval also served as an in-house legal counsel in a leading hi-tech company, which allows him to provide comprehensive legal advice while considering the different legal aspects of the matter at hand and the client’s specific needs.
Yuval’s clients range from well-established public companies to early-stage startups. He represents hi-tech companies in the fintech, agritech, communications, and MedTech sectors, as well as entrepreneurs, angel investors, and venture capital funds.
