BIOGRAPHY
We are deeply saddened over the loss of our friend and partner Yosi Barkai.
Yosi was a Partner in the Patents, Designs, and Intellectual Property Litigation Groups at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. He was a highly esteemed professional and loved by both colleagues and clients, on account of his wisdom, good manners, and strong character.
Yosi joined a small firm nearly three decades ago and has played an important part in all stages of the firm’s growth into the leading firm it is today. Yosi was one of the pillars of the intellectual property practice at our firm and has made a special contribution mentoring many young lawyers and patent attorneys. In recent years, he has continued to engage in public service and was involved in promoting the impressive growth and development of the Israeli Patent Attorneys Association.
While continuing to focus on his legal practice, he did not leave his passion for flying, he remained involved and continued educating new generations of young pilots and engaged in aviation, particularly in the field of paragliding.
Yosi was loved by all who knew him. We, at Pearl Cohen, will all remember Yosi with great fondness and love.
May his memory be for a blessing.
