BIOGRAPHY
Yitzchak Chamudot is a partner at the IL Technology Transactions Practice Group.
Yitzchak’s practice focuses on counseling companies and drafting and negotiating complex IP transactions, including patent licensing and joint development agreements and a wide range of other commercial transactions, such as clinical trial agreements, research agreements, CRO agreements, joint venture agreement, manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements and other service agreements for biotech, pharma and immunotherapy companies.
Yitzchak’s clients range from start-up companies to established international companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, immunotherapy and medical devices areas, as well as Technology Transfer Offices (TTO) of academic institutions.
