With over 10 years of experience, Uriel specializes in real estate commercial and private building projects, as well as investment ventures, in Israel and abroad, commercial and business law, and participates in the management of negotiations and drafting agreements for the sale and rent of commercial and private assets.
His work includes representing real estate companies and private investors, accompanying real estate properties, and managing residential, commercial, office, or industrial projects. He has been involved in every type of real estate contract, including combination ventures, sale/purchase agreements, purchaser guarantees, contractor agreements, building agreements, funding agreements, partnership agreements, and lease and partnership agreements.
Uriel’s clients range from mid-size companies to global corporations. He represents private companies, private investors, international and Israeli hotel chains, and more.
