With over 30 years of experience in connection with trademark, copyright, and other non-patent IP matters, Todd provides proactive and innovative advice and strategies to achieve his client’s business goals.
As a former Trademark Examining Attorney, his work includes innovative advice and counseling on a wide range of U.S. and worldwide trademark, copyright, domain name, false advertising, sweepstakes, and other non-patent IP matters, including, management of worldwide trademark portfolios, IP rights enforcement and defense, negotiating and drafting trademark and copyright license, co-existence, and assignment agreements, due diligence matters, and Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB) and Federal Court litigation matters.
Todd’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies; private companies, and start-up companies in all industries and fields of use.
