BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Tal Rotman is a highly experienced attorney with expertise in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, commercial and corporate law, M&A, and sports law.
Tal’s diverse work includes commercial litigation, class actions, corporate governance, deal-making and M&As, financing contracts, and sports law.
He enjoys serving as a mediator in complex commercial disputes, bringing to bear his additional skillsets in psychology, business strategy, and accounting.
Tal clerked for Justice Theodor Or at the Israeli Supreme Court. He was nominated to the Antitrust Tribunal and to the Advisory Committee to the Israeli Banks’ Regulator and served on the boards of various companies. He worked in management consulting at the New York office of McKinsey and Company and taught as Adjunct Lecturer in the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
Tal’s clients range from the leading Basketball Club in Israel to petrochemical companies, refineries, private equity funds, traditional industry companies, startups, high net-worth individuals, and foreign investors.
