BIOGRAPHY
With over 10 years of experience, Tal Ron represents major clients in complex and comprehensive procedures and routinely deals with diverse legal matters in the fields of real estate, contracting, banking, securities, and commercial law.
Her work includes representing clients in civil and commercial cases, real estate, contracting, banking, securities law, and liquidation proceedings. She has been involved in conflict resolution proceedings, including proven experience, inter alia, appearances before various instances, as well as Court mediation and arbitration proceedings, following cases from the initial stages of the controversial disputes, through preliminary proceedings, litigation, and appeals.
Tal also serves as Co-Chair of the Israel Bar Association’s Banking and Finance Committee.
Tal’s clients range from entrepreneurs and contractors, and start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She represents mid-size companies, private companies, global corporations, technology transfer offices of academic institutions, and fundamental institutional funds.
