BIOGRAPHY
With over 18 years of experience, Sagit represents multinational and leading Israeli Hi-Tech companies, in all aspects of employment law issues (individual and collective law). Her practice includes employment litigation before Israel’s labor tribunals.
Her work includes a wide range of employment issues, with a special emphasis on issues relevant to technology companies, such as option plans and intellectual property, collective agreements, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, performing detailed due diligence and labor audits, as well as advising our clients on the transfer of employees and their benefits.
Sagit has been involved in contentious labor mandates, representing both employers and employees, as well as representing clients in sensitive litigation proceedings and with the Ministry of Labor, such as dismissal of protected women employees. Sagit also assists with the labor law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and helps clients with restructuring and terminations.
Sagit’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents global corporations, major local corporations as well as private companies across all sectors. Aside from acting for companies, Sagit is also an adept at representing and working with senior executives and key employees.
