BIOGRAPHY
With over 15 years of experience, Pninit represents both global and Israeli companies and organizations in all aspects of labor employment law, including complex employment litigation disputes.
Her work includes handling employment matters such as commercial aspects of labor law, agreements, litigation, due diligence, and labor audits, in addition to counseling her clients regarding employees and their rights, as well as employers’ duties. She has been involved in complex labor law litigation proceedings as well as in those concerning protected employees. Pninit also provides consultations and assists in labor-related matters in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Pninit’s clients range from start-ups to non-profits, companies, and major corporations, both in Israel and globally. She represents clients operating in various sectors, including Hi-Tech, cyber, biotechnology, pharma, food-tech, construction, healthcare, hotels, and life sciences.
