BIOGRAPHY
Ori Faust specializes in intellectual property litigation and handling commercial disputes, with an emphasis on patent oppositions and prosecution of designs and trademark applications before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office (ILPO).
His work includes intellectual property and commercial disputes focusing on patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has been involved in patent opposition and cancellation proceedings, handling the prosecution of trademark and design applications before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office (ILPO); infringement, validity, and patentability opinions; and litigation in various commercial and civil proceedings before Israeli civil courts and arbitration tribunals.
Ori also served as a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Law, Religion & State, and worked as a research assistant in the field of intellectual property for Prof. Miriam Marcowitz-Bitton at Bar-Ilan University.
Ori’s clients range from private companies to public multinationals. He represents leading banks and credit card companies, public retail chains, and landmark public companies in the fields of fintech, cyber-security, software, MedTech, and biotech; as well as in the aluminum, quartz & plastic manufacturing industries.
