BIOGRAPHY
With over 25 years of experience, Ofer specializes in commercial litigation, tenders laws, and class action lawsuits, as well as representing companies and organizations in complex disputes at court.
Ofer has vast experience in representing international corporations and leading companies involved in complex legal disputes. His representation includes all legal courts and arbitration in the fields of commercial law, class action lawsuits, derivative claims, tenders’ law, consumer protection law, contracts, and real estate.
He also serves as an arbitrator for commercial disputes.
Ofer has been recognized as a Recommended Lawyer by the Legal500 ranking guide.
He has lectured on “The Art of Cross-Examination” in the framework of in-depth advanced study sessions for the Bar Association and sits on panels conducted as part of the Israel Bar Association’s annual conferences, and is active in Israel’s legal world by lecturing for the Israel Bar Association’s advanced study programs, publishing articles and legal analyses on tier 1 media outlets.
In light of the Covid-19 crisis, Ofer published several articles in economic media on the doctrine of frustration, and the rights of contractually linked parties to be released from their agreements due to the pandemic’s unexpected illnesses and resulting consequences.
Ofer’s clients range from large organizations in industry across a broad range of sectors, among them hoteling, food, retail, and energy.
