BIOGRAPHY
With over 25 years of experience, Michael has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications, resulting in hundreds of issued patents in the US and internationally across a diverse range of technologies.
His work includes patent drafting and prosecution, prior art searching and infringement analysis. He has been involved in due diligence matters; infringement, validity, and patentability opinions; and reexamination proceedings. Michael specializes in patent law with extensive experience in semiconductor technologies, integrated circuits, microcontrollers, optics, artificial intelligence, and communication systems. Before transitioning to law, Michael worked as a physicist.
Michael’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies, private companies and individuals.
