Throughout his career, he has guided a range of companies, from early start-up companies looking to generate their first revenue to established international and domestic corporations, with achieving their specific business initiatives.
Max has helped several issuers raise funding through initial public and shelf offerings, navigating them through the complex regulatory and corporate processes. He has also represented several underwriters with public offering raises.
He assists several public companies with their daily corporate governance requirements and general corporate work. Max has also helped several private start-ups conduct successful equity and note funding rounds, working closely with these companies from start to finish and providing strategic guidance along the process.
Max has drafted and negotiated several SaaS and licensing agreements on behalf of technology companies. Max also has experience with mergers and acquisition transactions for private and public companies, representing sellers and purchasers.
