BIOGRAPHY
Matthew Heerde has been litigating for over 15 years and is a zealous and effective advocate for his clients in the courtroom.
His practice focuses on commercial litigation and employment litigation, including breaches of contract, partnership disputes and business dissolutions, securities fraud, employment restrictive covenants, and trade secret litigation.
He began his practice in Los Angeles, representing government agencies and public interest groups in environmental and land use litigation. Mr. Heerde transitioned his practice to commercial and employment litigation in his native New York and now advocates for businesses and entrepreneurs in various industries in state and federal courts in New York and California.
