BIOGRAPHY
With over 14 years of experience, Lee Ardon counts with vast expertise as both a patent attorney and a seasoned IP litigator, in matters involving patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting, and unfair competition, with special emphasis on the fields of pharmaceutics and biotechnology.
Her work includes handling high-profile litigation cases in the IP world including, inter alia, disputes involving civil proceedings, motions for temporary injunctions, oppositions, and applications for cancellation before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office, as well as the entire range of Israeli civil courts. She has been involved in numerous infringement, validity, and patentability cases, oppositions, and motion for revocation at the Israeli Patent Office, and a full range of negotiation proceedings with her clients.
Lee also serves as a patent attorney and is a biotechnology engineer, with practical experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
Lee’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies.
