Relying on her 33 years of legal experience, Kalia provides a wide range of employment law-related services with a special emphasis on issues relevant to technology companies, such as option plans and intellectual property.
Her work includes a wide range of employment issues, with a special emphasis on issues relevant to technology companies, such as option plans and intellectual property, collective agreements, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, performing detailed due diligence and labor audits, as well as advising our clients on the transfer of employees and their benefits as well as in negotiations with unions with respect to collective bargaining agreements.
Kalia has been involved in contentious labor mandates, representing both employers and employees, as well as representing clients in sensitive litigation proceedings such as sexual harassment . She also assists with the labor law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and helps clients with restructuring and terminations.
While Studying for her LL.M. in International Transactions & Technology Contracting at the University of San Francisco in California, Kalia also served as Trade Director at the Israeli Economic Mission.
Kalia’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. she represents global corporations, major local corporations as well as private companies across all sectors. Aside from acting for companies, Kalia also adept at representing and working with senior executives and key workers.
