BIOGRAPHY
With over 35 years of experience, Joel (Jody) Stein has vast expertise, as an admitted attorney in Israel and in New York State, in corporate governance proceedings with large and small companies, giving superior personal service to startups, growth companies, and large overseas business entering and operating in Israel.
His work includes counseling large and small companies in Israel’s tech sector as well as in the project finance and infrastructure field. He has been involved in counseling numerous US and European tech companies that set up development and sales operations in Israel and abroad.
Jody is also the Chairman of the Benjamin Children’s Library & Learning Center in Beit Shemesh and has served for many years as counsel of the Entrepreneurship Forum of Israel.
Jody’s clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He represents Israeli and U.S. companies both public and private, start-up companies through all growth stages, as well as Israeli and foreign construction companies on some of the largest infrastructure projects in Israel.
