BIOGRAPHY
Jacqueline Zion has more than 20 years of experience representing domestic and international corporate and entrepreneurial brand owners in all facets of trademark law and brand protection. Jacqueline has been ranked as a Leading Trademark Professional by WTR 1000.
Her work includes all aspects of domestic and international trademark law, including clearance and registration, licensing, transfers and other transactional matters, and policing and enforcement.
Jackie also serves as a member of INTA – International Trademark Association.
Jackie’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents companies and individuals across a wide range of industries including high-tech, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, fashion, cosmetics, medical devices, financial services, food and beverage, as well hotel, retail, entertainment, and other services industries.
Jackie has presented a seminar on US trademark prosecution at the Israel Export Institute and lectured on trademark law at Pace University School of Law in New York.
