BIOGRAPHY
Ittai I. Gross is a Partner in the Regulatory, Infrastructure and Energy and Commercial Litigation Groups at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office.
With a broad legal knowledge pertaining to environmental, industrial and infrastructure sectors, Ittai has a diverse practice in regulatory and litigation.
Ittai’s practice in the Regulatory and Compliance Group focuses on advising foreign and Israeli clients in multiple areas, including environmental law (hazardous materials, waste, pollutants), import control as well as transportation and construction regulation and licensing.
Ittai co-chairs the Infrastructure and Energy Group where he focuses on Israel largest projects (PPP, BOT, PFI etc.) in a broad area of sectors including inter-alia, transportation (railways), energy (renewable and traditional), water, setting up of production plants and construction of large scale residential projects.
In addition, Ittai has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, specializing on representing international corporations in legal proceedings in Israel and international arbitrations.
Ittai was described by the legal 500 as “very dedicated and never stops thinking about how to win the case for the client”.
