BIOGRAPHY
Hadar Volberg Groshar’s practice focuses on Hi-Tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.
Her work includes representing VC’s and other investors in venture capital investments and other private equity transactions. She has been involved in representing emerging growth companies, from the early stages of their development through their expansion and exit transactions.
Hadar also serves as a Teaching Assistant at Reichman University (in the Legal and Tax Aspects of Entrepreneurial Ventures course).
Hadar’s clients range from start-ups to investors and VCs. She represents clients in a wide spectrum of sectors, from fintech and blockchain to agri-tech and food-tech, cyber, AI, enterprise software, digital health, and many more.
