Guy Avidan specializes in the field of Hi-Tech law, Guy Avidan provides ongoing legal advice to start-up companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues.
His work includes representing, accompanying, and counseling start-up companies. He has been involved in capital raising, M&As, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, and more.
Guy has also served as an editorial board member for the Haifa Law Review, a peer-reviewed publication by the University of Haifa Faculty of Law.
