BIOGRAPHY
Francine leads Pearl Cohen’s U.S. employment group, advising clients on executive and non-executive employment, separation, compliance, and day-to-day employment issues.
Francine also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing rounds, joint ventures, licensing and distributorship arrangements, as well as ongoing corporate issues such as commercial leases and commercial agreements.
In addition, Francine leads the Firm’s French desk.
