BIOGRAPHY
Eyal Neiger is both a lawyer and CPA, with nearly 30 years of experience as a commercial lawyer, focusing on corporate law, capital markets, administrative law, and communications & Internet law.
His work focuses on providing his clients – publicly traded companies on the TASE – a full range of services, including securities listing, periodical and immediate public reporting, corporate governance consulting services, representation in Administrative Enforcement proceedings; as well as day-to-day legal advice to the companies’ management and board of directors. He has been involved in precedential Administrative Enforcement proceedings and has appealed to the Tel Aviv District Court (economic division) against such proceedings and in rendering securities legal services to public companies traded on TASE 35 Index.
Eyal also served as the deputy and as the acting General Counsel of Bezeq – the Israel Telecommunication Corp. (Israel’s national telecommunications provider), as well as acting General Counsel of Ashdod Port Company Ltd., and as director and chairman of Pelephone Communications Ltd’s Audit Committee., the first Israeli cellular operator.
He is a recognized expert lawyer in the field of capital markets and securities law, and in such capacity was appointed by the Israeli Minister of Justice as one of the six members of the Israeli SEC Administrative Enforcement Committee, taking part, for six years, in Committee’s central decisions.
Eyal is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminaries in the fields of Corporate Governance and Securities Law and has published many articles in these fields.
Eyal’s clients range from private corporations, through infrastructure governmental companies, to global and large-scale corporations. He represents public traded companies, providing the full range of services including securities listing, periodical and immediate public reporting, corporate governance consultation services, as well day-to-day legal advice to the companies’ management and boards of directors.
