His work includes advising on corporate and commercial law, as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in working with emerging growth companies and their investors, from the early stages of their development through their expansion and exit transactions, financing deals, M&As, and more.
Evyatar’s clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He also represents VCs and other investors in venture capital investments and other private equity transactions as well as providing ongoing corporate and commercial advice to entrepreneurs and startups across a broad spectrum of industries (such as Cyber Security, Food Tech, and digital health).
