BIOGRAPHY
With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Ephraim Heiliczer represents multinational companies in patent litigation and prosecution. Ephraim also has broad experience in compliance authoring book chapters on Pharmaceutical and Intellectual Property compliance.
His work includes managing large patent portfolios, counseling multinational companies on patent prosecution and litigation, and offering advice on complex compliance and regulatory matters. He has been involved in large due diligence matters; infringement, validity, and patentability opinions; opposition proceedings in Israel; and representation in large regulatory matters.
He also serves as a member of the executive committee of AIPPI Israel.
Ephraim’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies; private companies, technology transfer offices of academic institutions; and start-up companies in the medical device and life sciences area.
