BIOGRAPHY
Elizabeth Wieckowski is an Associate in the Life Sciences Group at Pearl Cohen’s New York office. Her practice focuses on patent procurement in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical fields. Elizabeth has broad experience in patent drafting and worldwide prosecution, IP portfolio development, due diligence analysis of patent portfolios, infringement and validity opinions, IP acquisition and licensing, design patent prosecution, as well as ANDA litigation. She has represented multinational, the U.S. and foreign clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical arts, as well as universities and non-profit organizations, in patent prosecution, IP portfolio strategy and management. Elizabeth also has represented a pharmaceutical company in multi-district ANDA litigations, a Life Science company in patent interference proceedings and a device manufacturer in reexamination proceedings.
