With over 10 years of experience, Daniel Heim’s practice encompasses a broad range of areas, including hi-tech, venture capital, private equity, intellectual property, M&A, corporate governance, cross-border transactions, and more.
His work includes representing entrepreneurs, start-ups, established companies, and investors, in all matters regarding the negotiation and execution of commercial, strategic, debt and equity financing; M&A, joint ventures, and licensing transactions; as well as ongoing corporate governance. He has been involved in working with key players across the Israeli and German start-up ecosystem, and with technology and investment firms from Germany, Japan, and the Greater China region, providing him with an invaluable understanding of the challenges encountered by start-ups and entrepreneurs.
