Daniel offers comprehensive legal services to employers and employees, including ongoing legal advice in the field of labor law, contract drafting, negotiation management, and representation in courts.
Daniel gained significant experience in the field of labor law during his internship at our firm between 2021 and 2023, subsequently returning to work with us as a certified lawyer.
His work includes providing comprehensive legal advice in the field of labor law, including drafting consultancy agreements, service provider agreements, and employment agreements; advising employees and employers, consulting on non-compete and confidentiality matters, as well as providing advice and support in the field of labor law in the context of complex merger and acquisition transactions. Furthermore, Daniel engages in litigation and represents clients in legal proceedings in various courts.
Daniel’s clients range from startups and non-profits to companies and major corporations operating domestically and globally. He represents clients across various industries, including Hi-Tech, cybersecurity, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food technology, construction, healthcare, hospitality, and life sciences.
