BIOGRAPHY
With over 15 years of experience in both in-house roles and in major IP firms, Anat Geter has vast expertise in managing IP portfolios as well as prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and designs, both in Israel and worldwide, for international and Israeli clients in all sectors.
Her work includes managing large trademarks and design portfolios, and counseling clients on trademarks and design issues, including strategizing, filing, and prosecution, applying a holistic approach, and making her clients’ needs a priority. She has been involved in forming leading precedents in Israeli Intellectual Property jurisprudence, IP litigation and opposition proceedings in Israel and Europe, and litigated various trademark and design cases before courts and judicial tribunals, including the Israel Patent Office.
Anat’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents companies in a wide array of sectors, going from defense and aerospace to MedTech and digital health, and more, providing them with tailor-made solutions for all their trademarks & design-related matters.
