Amit Nachbar Chung is a Trademark and Design Attorney representing both Israeli and international clients with regard to the registration and enforcement of their IP assets.
His work focuses on handling trademark filing and prosecution in Israel and around the world as well as enforcement measures before the Customs and Police authorities. Has been involved in files manages and prosecutes trademark, service marks, and design applications before the Israeli Patent and Trademark Office as well as handling Design and Trademark prosecution around the world.
Amit is regularly involved in executing activities designated for discovering and prosecuting businesses and individuals selling and marketing counterfeit goods, or in any other way piggybacking on the client’s goodwill.
