Keren Shmueli is a Partner in the Corporate Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Keren engages in a diverse corporate practice encompassing a broad range of commercial matters, including, joint ventures, private equity, project finance, securities law and mergers and acquisitions, in a broad spectrum of industries. Keren represents both public and private companies in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Keren worked for several years at Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co, served as an assistant to the Israel Defense Attaché to North America at the Embassy of Israel in Washington D.C., USA. and was a research assistant at Bar-Ilan University, where she was also a member of the editorial board of the Bar-Ilan University Law Review.
