Biography

Inbal Perlstein-Mandelbaum is a Partner in the Corporate and Licensing Groups at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Inbal’s practice focuses on corporate law, commercial law and licensing transactions, including technology transfer and licensing with academic institutions and research centers, clinical trials with hospitals and medical centers, manufacturing and worldwide distribution, and channeling transactions. She has participated in and presented on the structuring of commercial and academic IP licensing agreements at conferences both in Israel and abroad.

Inbal has substantial experience in representation of emerging growth companies in venture capital and private equity financing and commercial transactions and has been serving as legal advisor to participants of the Microsoft Accelerator Program and the Foundation for elite Israeli Intelligence Corps 8200 Unit Entrepreneurship.

Inbal also advises multinational companies and domestic companies on matters relating to employee equity-based incentive plans and executive compensation.
