Guy Lachmann is a Partner in the Hi-Tech Group at Pearl Cohen's Tel Aviv office, and is the Chair of Pearl Cohen's Japan Practice Group. Guy's practice focuses on hi-tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial laws. He represents entrepreneurs, investors and companies in the various stages of their development, mostly in the fields of Internet, Mobile, Fintech and Blockchain, Media and AdTech, Cyber, Clean-Tech and AgTech, medical devices and mHealth.
Guy has gained substantial experience representing emerging growth companies and their investors, from the very early stages of their development through their growth and exit transactions. He advises these clients on their ongoing legal needs, on venture capital and private equity financing, cross-border strategic and commercial transactions, joint ventures and global expansion.
Guy also serves as lecturer and mentor at various accelerators and entrepreneurial programs promoted by Israel's leading academic and private institutions. He was member of the editorial board of "Law and Business", the IDC Herzliya Law Review, and served as a teaching assistant in various high-tech and entrepreneurship courses at Tel-Aviv University and IDC Herzliya.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Guy was a Senior Associate at the International Department of Yigal Arnon & Co.
