BIOGRAPHY
With almost 20 years of experience, Gabriella Peretz, PhD., has vast expertise in patent drafting, prosecution, freedom-to-operate, and more.
Her work includes patent drafting, worldwide patent prosecution, and patentability opinions in the life science sector. She has been involved in managing large patent portfolios, due diligence matters, and opposition proceedings in Israel and abroad.
Gabriella also serves as a member of the Israel Patent Attorney Association (IPAA).
Gabriella’s clients range from start-ups to large companies. She represents multinationals, technology transfer offices of academic institutions, and start-ups in all stages of their development, in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and MedTech.
