Biography

Eran Shif is a Transfer Pricing Specialist in the Tax Practice Group in Pearl Cohen’s New York office. His practice is based on 15 years of experience providing international tax and transfer pricing guidance to multinational companies covering their full tax cycles, including planning and modeling, transfer pricing documentation, and resolution of controversies.

Eran's unique expertise includes deep knowledge of the OECD’s BEPS Action Plans, the U.S. transfer pricing regulations, and the impact of the U.S. tax reform (Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, December 2017) on supply chains involving U.S companies. Eran’s experience spans a wide spectrum of models including IP-related transactions.

Eran began his career in the Israeli Tax Authority, as senior transfer pricing inspector in the International Tax Department. He later joined EY Israel as a senior manager and then EY NY, in its transfer pricing department.
