Eli advises clients on a wide variety of commercial and corporate matters, including IP licensing, high tech, corporate finance, M&A transactions, and ongoing commercial operations.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Eli worked as an Associate at the commercial, corporate & IP departments of a leading law firm in Israel.
