Daniel Shaw is a Scientific Advisor at Pearl Cohen’s London office. After graduating from the University of Birmingham with a B.Sc in Theoretical Physics, Daniel worked as a Patent Examiner at the UKIPO for over two years. Daniel has significant experience dealing with patent applications from a variety of mechanical, electrical and computing related fields, most notably including traffic control systems, autonomous vehicle communications, internal combustion and gas turbine engine lubrication systems, vehicle sub-unit control, and devices utilizing radar, lidar and sonar.

Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Daniel also read for a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property at the University of Bournemouth.
