Adi Ben Eli is an Associate in the IP Litigation Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Adi specializes in intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting and unfair competition. Whilst acting on behalf of clients, including inter alia prominent Israeli companies, renowned brand owners, global corporations and research institutes, Adi gained solid experience in civil proceedings as well as oppositions and applications for cancellation of patents and trademarks before Israeli civil courts, arbitration tribunals and Israel Patent Office.
Adi joined the IP Litigation Group upon completing her internship with the firm.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Adi worked for several years at a leading patent attorneys firm and was a research assistant in the field of intellectual property.
