On Wednesday, January 29th the New York Office of Pearl Cohen will host an INTA (International Trademark Association) roundtable event titled “2019 U.S. Trademark Caselaw Review.”
Peter Kirschenbaum will lead the discussion which will focus on important 2019 decisions affecting substantive law and day-to-day trademark practice. The roundtable will also cover key federal court decisions and precedential Trademark Trial and Appeal Board decisions.
The cost to attend is $50 for INTA members, and $75 for non-members.
