Congratulations to our client, High Performance Optics (HPO) USA, for completing a Licensing Agreement for exclusive use of HPO Selective Blue Light Filtering Intellectual Properties for applications in consumer electronic displays. HPO is the world leader in intellectual properties and technology development space for HEVL filtering for over the last 15 years. HPO’s early focus was with applications in and around ophthalmic products. HPO was represented by Hili Rashkovan, Senior Partner in the Corporate and Licensing Groups.
