Yael Baratz and Elina Khesin from our Corporate and Licensing Group, with Benjamin Baratz and Moshe Nachman from our Litigation Group, represented Gencor Pacific Ltd. of Hong Kong, acting through a local subsidiary that we set up by the name of Kinbio Ltd, in acquiring the assets of Insight Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. Insight, engaged in the development of generics, is in financial difficulties and the acquisition was finalized through the insolvency court in Lod, Israel, with a temporary liquidator being appointed over the assets of Insight in the course of the proceedings. Leasing of the premises that are housing Insight’s facilities is being handled by our Real-Estate Group’s Adar Altman.
