While Israeli’s rush the queue in the most trafficked shopping month of the year, their online consumer rights may not exactly be fitting the bill.
Where do we stand if a product is damaged or doesn’t match its online description, if months have passed and still nothing has arrived, or if we simply want to return the purchase because we changed our minds?
The list goes on and on.
