Noam’s practice focuses on both ongoing and transactional work relating to hi-tech, venture capital, and corporate and commercial transactions across a broad range of sectors in the global tech ecosystem.
He has been involved in representing his clients in all aspects of their ongoing operations, various types of financing transactions throughout all stages of a company’s development, cross-border strategic and commercial transactions, joint ventures, and global expansion.
Noam’s clients range from entrepreneurs, investors, and various types of companies ranging from early-stage startups and emerging growth companies, through scale-ups, to MNCs and CVC’s. He represents companies from a wide range of sectors, including Ag-Tech and Food-Tech, Med-Tech and digital health, SaaS, Ad-Tech and Prop-Tech.
