BIOGRAPHY
With over 20 years of experience, Barak Bing specializes in real estate transactions of all types, as well as residential, logistic, data centers, offices, and hotel construction projects; working with Israeli and international clients.
His work includes drafting sale, lease, and management agreements, facilitating the improvement of assets, including planning and construction procedures, promoting urban building schemes, the realization of construction rights to assets, and the comprehensive management of assets. He has been involved in 16 MV data center projects, refinancing procedures for existing loans related to real estate assets, and working directly with Israeli banking, insurance companies, and government organizations, as part of activities aimed at improving the assets’ financial position and profitability.
Barak also serves as a board member of Tziraa Park Ltd., an entrepreneurial company that is establishing an industrial and logistics park with an area of over 200,000 square meters. He also served as a board member of the public company Mendelson LTD, one of the largest companies in Israel dealing with infrastructure equipment.
Barak’s clients range from private clients to global corporations. He represents American and European private clients, funds, hotels, and private and public companies in the real estate sector.
