With more than 20 years of experience, Israel is a well-seasoned practitioner of commercial dispute resolution, in all areas of commerce.
He has received hundreds of court appointments, including several high-profile companies, both for receivership and liquidation. Additionally, he has also been appointed as a trustee or special manager; in charge of maintaining distressed companies as going concerns – accumulating unparalleled experience in the fields of retail, manufacturing, real estate, construction, and more.
Israel represents commercial banks in litigation cases conducted against banks, concerning all legal aspects of anti-money – laundering law. He represents most major commercial banks in Israel.
His work includes handling debt recovery, as well as leading debt recovery litigation for interbank consortiums.
