Abishag specializes in preparing and executing trademark filing and registration strategy as well as international portfolio management, representing Israeli and international clients.
Abishag has diverse and in-depth experience in all aspects of trademarks law, including international treaties. She counsels clients on international and local trademark strategy, including handling complex international trademark issues. Her work includes clearing, filing and prosecuting trademark applications before the Israeli Trademark Office and international trademark authorities as well as enforcing such rights in Israel and abroad.
In order to give clients a pragmatic and thorough legal advice, Abishag learns clients’ industry, market and business needs in-depth. Abishag accompanies the clients throughout the process of searching, registering, licensing, assigning, protecting and enforcing stages of their trademark assets. She maintains that high personal availability, high-quality service and quick turnaround time are key in supporting her clients and their business.
Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Abishag worked as a trademark paralegal at the Reinhold Cohn Intellectual Property Group (RCG), where she was first introduced to the IP world.
