BIOGRAPHY
With over 30 years of experience, Yohai Hurvitz has vast expertise in commercial litigation, M&A, and commercial transactions, focusing in the hi-tech, sports, and entertainment industries and nonprofit organizations.
His work includes commercial transactions and various legal proceedings of commercial litigation. He has been involved in large mergers, corporate conflict resolution, and complex litigation cases, appearing before all instances and levels of Israeli courts; as well as in tort claims (product liability) and managing relationships with insurance companies and manufacturers and the lawyers on their behalf.
Yohai has also served as a vice president and in-house counsel to several leading Israeli corporations.
Yohai’s clients range from global corporations to mid-size and private companies. He represents clients in the fields of health, import and retail, IoT, telecom, media, sports, and entertainment, as well as nonprofit organizations.
