With over 25 years of experience, Jeffrey Kurin specializes in patent and trademark prosecution, strategy, and portfolio management.
His work includes prosecuting utility patents, design patents, and trademarks before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, management of patent and trademark portfolios, and assisting clients on worldwide patent and trademark prosecution strategies. He has been involved in preparing freedom to operate, invalidity, and patentability opinions.
