On May 29th Pearl Cohen NY and Bank Leumi will co-host a Founder’s Breakfast Club at Bank Leumi’s New York office, which will focus on recent trends in equity investments.
Oz Halabi, a Partner and Head of Tax in Pearl Cohen’s New York office together with Guy Milhalter, a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Groups, Ari Farkas, a Partner and Chair of the U.S. Business Immigration Group, and Keren Shmueli, a Partner in the Corporate Group in Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office, will discuss recent trends in equity investments including SAFE, CLA, secondary transactions, and their legal and tax implications. We will also discuss representations and warranties in investment agreements post US tax reform. Other topics to be discussed include CFIUS and E2 Visas.
