Based on a multidisciplinary background, Dorin Cohn Arbel brings significant skills in accompanying life-science and biotechnology companies, addressing their corporate and commercial needs.
Her work includes drafting commercial agreements such as manufacturing and distribution agreements, technology licensing (of both data and intellectual property), clinical research and collaboration agreements, as well as counseling start-ups on corporate governance and financing rounds. She has been involved in large transactions for the supply and distribution of medical equipment, asset purchases, and other business collaborations involving technology transfer.
Dorin also serves as an enthusiastic participant in educational seminars and conventions on topics related to bioethics and law, responsible AI in medicine, and the food-tech, climate-tech, and fem-tech sectors.
Dorin’s clients range from early-stage start-up companies to growth-stage and established multinational corporations. She represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies and start-up companies in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical area.
